Museum Night

Tonight is Museum Night at Buby's school. It's when all of the students get to show off their individual body of artwork from this school year. There will be pieces I've heard about but not seen. I can't wait! My Sweets is even trying to get out of work early enough to join us.


Tomorrow is soccer practice and laundry and errands and a dentist appointment [to replace a temporary crown in back}. And surely we'll leave lots of time for play.


Sunday is our family photo session in Manhattan. Tribeca, to be exact. I'm really looking forward to meeting Wendy + Tyler of Blue Lily, who are in town shooting for just a few days. I've long admired their work. Our outfits are set. We decided to keep it simple, casual, us. There will be greens and blues and reds. We'll be outside and it's supposed to pour, so please think sunny thoughts.


P.S. Buby is doing so well on his antibiotic treatment. So far no reaction, and he's drinking it right up every 8 hours even though he says "yuck!" after each teaspoon. Thank you everyone for checking in on our little guy. We love you.
