Trunk Ornament
Every year we take a chunk off our trunk and turn it into an ornament. It takes 2 seconds. We started with Buby's first tree in 2005. He was 2 months old. Someday we will have a tree of trees that marks every Christmas we spent with our children.

oh my goodness, you have the best ideas!!! I love it! I think I'll borrow it too...Ana Maria won't remember this year or next probably, but before we take the tree to it's final destination, I'll have to tell my Baby Blue to chop off a piece for our memories and our very own Christmas tree ornament for next year! Thanks!
