MoMA Favorites

I could waste a day away at the MoMA. I love that place. But when I don't have a ton of time I skip right to the 5th floor for my quick fix. Matisse, Monet, Cezanne, van Gogh, Dali, and Kahlo. They speak to me. I am such a Matisse fan, in fact, that we gave our second son the middle name Henri.

Then I ride the escalator down one floor for a taste of Lichtenstein, Pollack and Warhol. I'm always curious to explore new artists, but if I never make it through the photography, sculpture or design exhibits, I still leave feeling completely energized.

A few weeks ago when I was there I decided to Instagram iPhone shots of my very favorite pieces on the 4th and 5th floors. Do you recognize them without seeing the whole picture? (Note: There is no Picasso in this post. I've always disliked Picasso and can't bring myself to include even his most famous works of art.) Enjoy!
