Carriage appointments are all same day, so we made ours on the way to breakfast last Wednesday for after dinner. We showed up 10 minutes early, and it tortured Buby. He wanted to know which horse was ours, when they'd call our name, who would sit where.
He desperately wished for the brown horse, but there were four or five in line and it was any one's guess. My Sweets kept reminding him that we had no control over it and would be happy whatever horse we got.
By some shot of luck we got Ranger the brown horse. The ride lasted about 30 minutes, and the driver was a wealth of information. I would definitely recommend it.
P.S. Isn't it odd that a two-door version of Tom's Jeep in "bug guts green" drove into the frame at the exact moment the driver took our photo?
