Old Photo Friday

I might have. I mean, maybe. Possibly. At one point. Promised a certain someone I would never share these photos. But like I said, I can neither confirm nor deny any such verbal agreement.

I figure since I missed an Old Photo Friday or two I owe you a super sized laugh. Plus, Michael Jackson died last week.

July 1983. Two cousins raiding an attic. One I married and the other became Godmother to both Buby + Bleu.

By the way, Aunt Mary rocks. She's one of my favorite people. She reminds me of {a WAY younger} Grandma Jones, who was one of my favorite people, too. She remembers things nobody would ever expect her to remember. She loves her great nieces and nephews. AND she sends us a sweet lil' card every few months in the mail. Just because. Inside the card is usually a random photo that cracks me up for at least a week.
This one she captioned "You've come a long way, Baby," and it's kept me going since Feb 20.

Well this just proves that the past eventually catches up with you!!! You just never know what will show up on the blog!!! I can remember this day in the basement of Crystal Springs like it was yesterday (but my recollection doesn't include that one glove that Tommy's sporting)!!! We were so cool!!!

Lifesize cutouts, Melissa? Too funny! I don't think I will be able to make that gathering! On second thought, maybe we can reunite for a special Wham and Chaka Khan performance...

I'd like to say "I'm sorry Tommy and Debbie" but I'm really not! Those days were a lot of fun and seeing those pictures takes me back to such good times!!!
