P.S. My mom is the best cook on the planet. She made every item on this menu herself the night before or morning of. She didn't always like entertaining crowds, but she's gotten really good at it over the years. I am amazed at how she times everything just perfectly.
My mom makes it all look effortless. She recently reminded me of that famous line, "Fail to plan and plan to fail." So true. Mom... I enjoyed every minute I spent with you last week. Thank you!!

Your mom did a wonderful job. The food looks delicious. I love the little frames near each dish to let people know what's what. That's right up my alley. I'm sure the party was a huge success!
