Party {cupcakes}






48 white cupcakes with buttercream frosting.
1/2 white frosting with yellow polka dots.
1/2 yellow frosting with white polka dots.









Bleu's cupcake. All whipped cream. Less sugar. Dainty + delicious. Polka dotted sides just for her.
