Just before heading out to meet Santa on Sunday, I attempted an impromptu Christmas card shoot with the kids. It was hilarious and utterly unsuccessful. I asked Buby to sit on the playroom sofa. He insisted on lying down. Alright. I carefully set Bleu on top of him, and she immediately flipped over to crawl UP the back of the sofa. Quickly I realized I could not seriously photograph two giggly babes {without a flash, nonetheless} and still ensure no falls or elbows to the eye. Our Christmas cards this year are cute photo frames. Eight for $1 at Michael's. Fabulous, I know. That is, if I can find a photo to go in them.

I almost bought the exact same gray jumper tonight for my G. I changed my mind at the last minute and went with an emerald green organza b/c I know she needs frillier things than gray tweed. But I love the gray tweed. So sweet. What about using one of your photos from when you picked your Christmas tree? Those photos were great.

It's cute, right? On sale at Target for only $10 I think. I couldn't get a shot from the Christmas Tree Hunt with just the two kids. My parents took some with all 4 of us, but I really prefer cards with just the kids on them.
Quit being so fussy. Any photo with those two (or all of you) will be fabulous. Can't wait to see what you decide on. There are 16 days until the BIG day and we can't wait to see Buby and Bleu! Love you all!
