His Words

When he talks real fast he doesn't make the TH sound. Once in a while he jumbles his words. I love this. Here are his usual mispronunciations. I smile at every one.

"Fank you" = Thank you
"Bare nesesame" = Bare necessity
"Pinano" = Piano
"Feter" = Theatre
"Scabetti" = Spaghetti
"Smoovie" = Smoothie
"DVDV" = Movie
"Muver nature" = Mother nature
"Miss Caffy" = Cathy

That's so cute, I love to hear children talk, especially when they are excited about something and they mix/mess up their words!

I was a "basghetti" girl myself. Couldn't get that one right until I was MUCH older.

I know what you mean about those little words and phrases. They just melt my heart! The mom in me wants them to stay forever, the teacher in me knows I should repeat correctly. Such an internal struggle!
