Last Friday after dark the kids + I went looking for the moon. Buby and I have always done this, so I'm thinking Bleu will grow up to be a moon gazer, too. The dark sky, cool air, and quiet provided us some calm at the end of a busy week. Plus, I'm a walker. I love to bundle my itty bitties in hats + stroller blankies and walk places. And ~ at night ~ hear our whispers ecco down the street.
Friday's moon hid behind some clouds at first, but after two trips around the block Buby yelled out, "Look, Mama, I found the moon. And it isn't crescent shape, it's like a whole moon tonight!"
We stopped and admired. And took this photo. The quote reminds me of the summer of '96. And if you ever had a summer like my summer of '96 you'd want to be reminded of it every day, too. There was plenty of dancing in the sand by the light of the moon.

You're the sweetest of memories.
Love your hubby
Oh my gosh, that's adorable! You guys are going to make people throw up ;)
oh how sweet you two are!!!
good thing you guys live in a walking friendly village. I love Buby with the stick in his hand. It is like his trademark... if it isn't a stick it is a pile of pebbles to throw in the river right?
you are a family of such wonderful memories to carry throughout life
.. way to go!! love you forever
Ha! Sorry Maria.
