Little People and animals. Not sure why, but it's Buby's favorite toy at home and at all of his friends' houses. We keep them in a special bag in the playroom, and Buby runs downstairs every morning to dump them onto the floor. He has books and a CD to match, so he calls each character by name and narrates aloud as he plays. I love listening to the imaginative conversations that ignite between Buby and all of his Little People. In particular, Eddie, Freddie, Sonya Lee, Sara Lynn, Maggie, Jack, and Michael. He has the parking garage, barn and manger already. And I hear that Grammy DJ has secured the bus, airplane, and tractor for him for Christmas. Boy, I hope these things never get recalled! I bring a few books and a bag of tiny figurines everywhere--drs offices, restaurants--and he's totally content.

He's so funny with these people. I did the same thing with the *old* Fisher Price people (long since recalled for choking hazards). We have the same exact set you show in the picture. And we have a bigger Sonya Lee. Does he have any of the bigger ones? And what about the lift-the-flap books? Is he into those, too? We have two, but I'm pretty sure there are 4 or 5 total. Maybe Santa could find a few...
This is adorable. We have the airplane and the house over here. We also have one of the lift-the-flap books, it's the zoo one. We bought it for our last plane flight, and now it's in the daily rotation.
Is he lining them up in rows all facing the same way?
