Today is a yucky No-Playdate Friday. It's a Work-Hard Friday, because I'm on deadline. But next Friday Buby and I are hosting a playdate party here, and that's always fun. Come September... our regularly scheduled playdates take on a new twist. I'd tell ya all about it, but instead just read what my friend Allison {mom to Munchkinetta} wrote about it this morning. We're psyched for field trips galore and {especially on a cold rainy day like this} so looking forward to ushering in autumn with delish soups made by our friends. The only negative? Now I have to learn to cook soup. I don't think canned is going to cut it!

Williams-Sonoma has some great recipes on their website. Have a look at those and see if find something you like.
