Buby watering our container plants, May '07
Buby loves chores. Seriously. Give him a important job to do, and he feels like such a big boy. He smiles and claps for himself. Buby's favorite "chores" right now are helping Daddy water the plants and feed the fish, vacuuming the playroom, doing laundry with Mama, and unloading the dishwasher. Buby's assistance on a project usually means more clean-up, but it's so worth it to watch his sense of pride flourish. Would love to bottle his enthusiasm for all-things-domestic. Might need it when he' s 14.
