Pre-Enjoyed Books

Buby & Co. snagged these beautiful old children's books at a recent Fall fair. A church was giving away boxes of them for FREE. As many books as one could grab. We walked away with these and several others, and I left a donation in the glass jar. Surprisingly, we did not own a copy of The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter. A classic from 1958. Pearl Goes to School is about a fluffy white bunny {which looks a lot like our friend Gilly's rabbit Hops}. Pearl lives on a farm and makes her way to the school yard one day to play with all the children. Red and Blue Mittens is perfect for wintertime. We also picked up Dandelion by Don Freeman and a really cool book about growing things called Mystery Seeds. Can't wait to read them all with Buby.
