I totally recommend these Montessori Phonetic Reading Blocks for the beginner reader. We gifted them to Miss Bleu this afternoon, and already she's hooked on sounding out every word combination. Ollie was instantly drawn to them as well. It's everything I love in a toy: Simple, fun, educational, handcrafted, portable, and confidence-boosting. Just in time for our travel season.
