The Ballet

We took the kids to their first ballet on our Christmas Eve, which was Saturday, December 19. The performance started at 2pm and ran about 2 hours.


I wasn't sure how Bleu would deal without a nap, but she did great. At the very end she bumped her head on my chair and cried, so we snuck out. But other than that, she was enamored with the whole live performance thing. She kept pointing and clapping, and both wee ones paid full attention. I think we will make this an annual outing. So worth it!


Oh, and for days afterward Buby commented, "I like those girls in the pretty dresses, Mama." He liked the girls and their fantastical dresses.
