With Grandpa M., 6.2.09
The last thing Buby said to me before he fell asleep... "I'm so happy I saw Grandpa today. Thank you, Mommy."
My dad was travelling for work yesterday and had a delivery very close to where we live. He stopped to spend a couple of hours with me + the babes. We really tried to talk him into staying over, but he had to get back. We watched his ginormous truck pull out of the village and Buby said, "Grandpa waved goodbye to me + honked. I'm so happy that he waved to me."
That made his day. Thanks, Dad.
