Survive a boring trip to Sam's. We hit the book section first. The kids read as I run them up and down the food aisles. We always put the books back before heading to the register, and they never fuss.
We browse the books there, too. And then we move on to find samples of food. Jon taught G about the samples when he took her one day and now she obsesses about them until we check them out.

We always "rent" books to get us through a store-- except when there's a $1 bin then they each get to pick and keep one!
