Bleu's first full-size quilt. Grandma DJ makes one for every grandchild on their first Christmas, and I couldn't wait to see Bleu's. It came out beautifully, don't you think? I'll have to photograph Buby's to show you. He uses it almost every night on top of another quilt Grandma DJ made for My Sweets years and years ago.
I can almost see both of my babes dragging their personalized quilts off to college someday.

Ahh! It's great to have a quilt maker in the family! My sister quilts and we have been gifted two. We love them and we call them the Aunt D blankets! Ha!
I'm pestering her for another. I found a super idea online for one. I saved a few clothing items from each of the kids infant wear - things I remember them wearing all the time. I just can't part with them and I CANNOT store them, so I told Danielle I want her to incorporate pieces of them in a quilt for my birthday.
