Bleu had her six-month checkup with Dr. N. last week. She's looking goooood. Surprisingly, her charts are the exact same as Buby's at six months. The stats:
Height: 27 1/2 inches {95% tile}
Weight: 16 pounds, 12 ounces {between 50%-62% tile}
Head: 17 inches {50% tile}
Clothes: 12 months
Some notables to add to this recent post: She is crawling, and she's FAST. She likes to stand and lean against me. She can sit but not for more than a second. She much prefers to flip onto her belly and take off. She is hard to hold when she wants to get down. She says "Dada." She no longer likes baths. Quite despises them actually. She has never had a bottle, sippy, or spoonful of anything. Until today's brown rice cereal. She goes to bed on her back and wakes up on her belly. She pulls hair, watch out! She eats her books. She doesn't have a comfort thing, but we're trying. The stuffed elephant didn't stick. She loves the sound of my hands tapping the drum. She has no teeth. She cries if I'm not there. She is more focused and determined than any babes I've ever met.

SOUNDS a lot LIKE ANA MARIA...that's so funny! Except for the sitting up thing Ana Maria was sitting up at 5 months, oh and crawling at 8 months, but she was furniture walking and standing up at 6 1/2 months. She doesn't have a cuddling anything and she's not a cuddler either, she started this thing where she puts her head down on our chest or bed or wherever she is and when we say "ah" she'll do it again and again, but we only get a few seconds of cuddling, unless I'm nursing her.
Yay Bleu, you are doing awesome...and oh my God, where has time gone? She's 6 months already??? Sweet Lord!
