this week

i love the sight of: Buby bringing me flowers {even if they did come from our garden}, running into the loo to go potty on his own, sitting at the head of the big table for dinner, and downing a glass of milk after trying super hot picante from Tucson, my daughter returning her Daddy's smile, Bleu in anything blue

i love the sound of: Baby Einstein's CD 10-pack, a neighborhood in summer {hammering, lawn mowers, kids screeching in pools several houses away, porch chatter}, Buby belting out random tunes with me in his rocker before getting tucked in at bedtime

i love the taste of: gooey Pillsbury chocolate chip with Hershey syrup drizzled over top, ice cream sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothies made at home {yeah, might be some time before the last 20 lbs of baby weight evaporates}

i love the smell of: grilled anything, our house after Aga leaves, hay, grass after a rain, horses, farm markets, Bleu after a bath, roses in my entryway, freshly washed swim towels

i love the feel of: splashing in the pool with Buby, sitting around the outdoor fireplace cooking s'mores with My Sweets after both babes fall asleep, walking, driving with the windows open, not being exhausted
