Dough Boy

Buby baking on Sunday afternoon. He doesn't even like our help anymore he's done this so many times. He just grabs an apron, pulls up his stepstool, and says "NO, I DO IT" until we totally back off. He's actually really fantastic at rolling and using the plastic cut-outs himself. He's less fantastic at keeping the flour on the counter. Jazzy {our BLACK dog} looked like snow all night. After dinner the three of us frosted and sprinkled.

Our Saint Patty's menu included traditional crockpot fair... corned beef + cabbage, potatoes, fresh carrots, bread, lime jello with bananas + mandarin oranges, and key lime pie for dessert {not our own}. Thank you to our friend Alana for the gift of Irish soda bread on Monday!!

Cooking talent...just like his Daddy! Tip for the cleanup crew: vacuum up that floury mess- I used wet paper towels once and made glue!! Yikes!!!

Thank you so much for the cookie. Grace ate it up in the car after the Little Gym and left nothing behind for me. He's quite a baker!
