FALL in Love

...with the season. I took these photos in our garden last night around 6pm. Vibrant blooms persist in the ground and in our pots. Some are at the tail end of their glory while others are just getting started. Fall is magnificent around here. It reminds me of when Buby was born... those first few months of being parents. The long walks. The delicate daytime breezes. The mums, hay stacks and scarecrows. I love switching out our bucket of bathing suits with pretty wool sweaters, hats and scarves. I love seeing kids in back-to-school clothes and visiting apple orchards. I love wearing t-shirts and grabbing a coat on the way out the door. Just in case. I love fall because it's never the same in two places. Drive from one part of the state to another and you'll see the evolution of a season... all in a day. I love the idea of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas being right around the corner. But not here yet.

Simply Gorgeous!
