I recently discovered Southern Sassy Pants selling her pretty handmade monogrammed pillows on Etsy. She also does toddler pillows with scripture on them (love it!) and other cool things such as personalized children's clothing and aprons. SSP has a Design Your Own program, where you basically decide the letter, font, colors, all of it. I like personalization in any kid's room.
