In the Garden

Photos taken by moi, 7.13.07

Gardens are marvelous things. They are living, always evolving, and every one of them different. I explained to Buby today how "we love things that grow and are one of a kind, sort of like YOU." He giggled. A sense of awe washes over me when I photograph the garden. I feel small and insignificant next to all the nature. Each stem is so exquisite and got that way with no help from us. Do you notice the bee in the orange trumpet vine? After, it landed on my lens.

Your garden is beautiful and I think it's great you guys take the time to really appreciate it. I brought Grace into a greenhouse/nursery the other day (the first time) and she almost fell backwards with wonderment. WOW! was all she could say. I guess I need to either do some gardening here or visit more places with gardens...like Buby's Place!
