Who doesn't love driveway chalk? Your child can unleash their inner Matisse--in a vibrant array of color--whilst you sit back and savor the sun... ugh, I mean the whimsical creations. And smile, knowing that it's not going on your walls, floors, or furniture. The smell of chalk instantly transports me back to 1985 and our heated hopscotch tournaments on the scorching pavement behind the elementary school. (I was a wicked jump roper and hula hooper, too, if you care.) Today even walking by a neighbor's chalked-up sidewalk sends a happy chill up my spine. This is Buby's first season of pavement play, and he really seems to like the chalk. You'll notice his first three designs were modern, simple, unfussy. Ha!
